She is a world-leading innovation strategist dedicated to preparing organizations for a tech-enabled future. Nikki works with leadership teams to reimagine their businesses and align them with the rapidly evolving ways people live, work and interact in a digital-first world.

She has held senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and most recently served as Head of Technology Strategy for Global Real Estate at QIC, a global investment manager with $70 billion AUM. In that role, she led the digital transformation of QIC’s $22 billion real estate portfolio, setting new benchmarks for innovation across the industry.

A true global citizen, Nikki’s international career spans the US, Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia. She has worked with leading organizations including Lendlease, QIC, Brown Harris Stevens, Koichi Takada Architects and Greenland Australia bringing a rare blend of architectural, commercial and technological expertise to every engagement.

She is the Founder and Global Ambassador of Women in PropTech and served three terms as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Technology & Innovation Council in New York City. Her approach is known for balancing bold vision with practical execution.

She holds a Master of Commerce (International Business), a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture with honors, all from UNSW, Sydney Australia.
