AV Requirements
For in person keynote presentations, take note of Nikki's technical requirements.
Computer
Nikki will use her own laptop for her presentation. She currently uses a MacBook Pro laptop with an American plug. Her presentation is composed on Keynote in a 16x9 format. It includes large images and embedded videos (no sound). We ask that your AV team sets up her laptop to the stages screen with a suitable HDMI Input, and when required an international power-adapter plug.
Screens
Her presentation should appear on a screen (or multiple screens) behind her on the stage. She also needs a confidence monitor in her line of sight where she can view her presentation. Kindly include a countdown timer that shows the time that she has left for her keynote.
Mic
Nikki’s preference is to move around the stage and as such requests a lavaliere microphone.
Clicker
A clicker to power her presentation is required.
Testing
To ensure there are no hiccups, Nikki needs to test her presentation on stage and on screen at least one hour before she is scheduled to appear.
